At 11 Penn Plaza, CodeGreen acted as the lead code consultant and filing representative for Apple's multi-floor buildout, strategizing phased TCO releases and Public Assembly approvals. Our team helped drive the project toward Interim and Final Certificates of Occupancy with precision and efficiency.

    Peter brings over 20 years of experience in fire alarm design, installation, service and consulting for projects in all sectors, including institutional facilities, high rise commercial and residential buildings. He is certified NICET level 4 in fire alarm systems, Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensed in the State of New York to service and install fire alarm systems.

Review plans & prepare filings

To minimize review objections and inspection defects, we take an expert lens to your plans, ultimately filing them with FDNY and responding to review comments. 

Complete pre-testing & inspections

We prepare for pre-testing and inspections with the construction team, preparing an NCR (non-conformance report) following pre-testing—and comprehensively manage the inspections process with FDNY.
