Deadline to request NYC LL97 extension pushed to Aug 30

NYC DOB's latest guidance (here) now gives building owners until August 29th to request extensions for LL97 and LL88.  This extension gives building owners until December 31, 2025 to complete the LL97 and LL88 filings. Local Law 84 is still due June 30th (or August 29th for buildings that receive a LL97 extension).
