CodeGreen Joins the Building Performance Partnership to Accelerate Building Decarbonization At Scale

CodeGreen, a Pinchin Company, is excited to announce that we are joining the Building Performance Partnership (BPP) as a corporate sponsor to support the growth and development of high-performance building resource centers in key regions around the country. The BPP supports regional hubs that drive education, training, policy, and knowledge-sharing amongst a broad community of real estate stakeholders.

This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing building performance, accelerating decarbonization, and helping owners and operators navigate the growing complexity of energy and sustainability requirements. We are honored to support BPP’s important work and look forward to contributing our experience and insights to this collaborative initiative.

Advancing a Shared Mission

The Building Performance Partnership (BPP), a joint initiative between the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT) and the Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex), plays a unique role in the industry by convening and supporting regional policymakers that develop advanced building policies as well as private sector building owners and technical professionals who will need to comply with these regulations. By sharing best practices and lessons learned, they are accelerating building performance improvements and helping regions avoid unnecessary obstacles.

At CodeGreen, this mission aligns directly with the work we have been doing for years. We have partnered with clients across the country to help them:

  • Understand and comply with local energy benchmarking and building performance standards

  • Develop and implement sustainability and decarbonization strategies

  • Improve energy efficiency and operational performance

  • Navigate reporting, disclosure, and compliance requirements with confidence

By joining BPP, we see an opportunity to amplify this work and contribute to a broader, collective effort that benefits the entire industry.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support the BPP and collaborate with others who are equally dedicated to advancing building performance. Together, we can help turn ambitious goals into tangible results.

If you would like to learn more about CodeGreen’s work or our involvement with BPP, we encourage you to reach out or connect with our team.
